Returns & Refund Policy

At Zeba.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Apparel (Abaya, Nightwear, Bra-Panty, Shapewear, Maxi Dress):
    • Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
    • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Disposable Vapes & E-liquids:
    • Only faulty or damaged products are eligible for return.
    • Returns must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn clothing
  • Opened or partially used vapes and e-liquids
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team via support@zeba.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship it back to our returns address provided by support.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange

  • Currently, exchanges are not available. Customers can place a new order after returning the original item.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately with a photo of the item.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
